Nozzle Design Lab helps us develop high-quality custom-made products

Nozzle Design Lab allows us to assist, develop, manufacture, test and offer comprehensive support to our clients. With many years of experience and extensive knowledge, we can create any injection mould, tool or assembly machine. Advanced machinery and our own R & D department allow us to manufacture high-quality, tailor-made products − at a cost-effective price. We believe constant innovation is the key to creating groundbreaking serial, modular, low volume or pilot tools modular tools, pilots and any assembly or robo-cell unit.

As a company specializing in the dispensing and application of various adhesives and glues, we focus on providing high-quality plastic materials through advanced injection moulding technology, primarily serving the chemical industry. Nozzle Design Lab and constant development allow us to quick respond with original and sometimes unconventional solutions. Our criteria for designing, manufacturing and selling is exceptionally high. That confirmed the numerous standards and certificates we obtained.

Our products are made following various ISO quality standards, which are among the most established and rigorous quality frameworks in the world. All processes in our facility are integrated into the quality management system, implemented by the standard ISO 9001: 20015. We believe that protecting the environment is crucial, and we strive to minimize the environmental impact, which can confirm the ISO 14001: 20015 standard for the environmental management system.

How does the Nozzle Design Lab work?

Nozzle Design Lab allows the development and manufacturing of custom-made plastic injection moulds or tools. We believe the key to creating a high-quality product is optimal control. Such control cannot be achieved using multiple outsourcing facilities. That is why we created a nozzle design lab, where all our products are tailor-made in one place.

The process starts with a short interview where the client expresses their wishes and needs. Based on the problem, we brainstorm how to tackle it and then create a rough manual drawing. Then, we develop a 3D sketch or a 3D model on the computer, showing the essential details. After completing the sketch, we manufacture the prototype on a state-of-the-art 3D printer. Then, we design and manufacture prototype tools and pour the desired compound onto the injection mould/tool.

The most important part of the Nozzle Design Lab is the extensive testing of prefabricated tools, helping us determine the flaws and repairing them swiftly. After optimizing the prototype, we make a manufacturing simulation. That means we manufacture the product in small quantities.

The Nozzle Design Lab has all the tools and means to develop the product from a rough sketch to the final design and manufacture it in quantities ranging from several 100 to several 10.000 nozzles. That allows us to provide tailor-made and cost-effective solutions to the specific client or an industry.
